Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Private Client Business team across Leeds/Manchester. The role offers a top-tier salary (£65,000 - £80,000) and the chance to advise entrepreneurial individuals and privately owned businesses on integrated personal and corporate tax solutions.

You will work with Partners and Directors, developing client relationships and contributing to growth.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality UK tax advisory services to entrepreneurs, business owners, shareholders and their families, covering a broad range of personal and corporate tax matters.
• Lead complex advisory projects involving business structuring, reorganisations, shareholder planning, succession, acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts and business exits.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the firm's client portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with specialists across corporate tax, private client tax, VAT and transaction services, while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.
