PRO TAX is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager for Leeds/Manchester. You will provide high-quality UK tax advisory services to entrepreneurs, business owners, shareholders and families, leading complex advisory projects.

The role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working with up to three days from home, 25 days' annual leave, contributory pension, life assurance, profit-sharing eligibility and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality UK tax advisory services to entrepreneurs, business owners, shareholders and families.
• Lead complex advisory projects including business structuring, reorganisations and exits.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with specialists across tax and advisory teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex advisory projects including business structuring, reorganisations, shareholder planning.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
• Work with corporate tax, private client tax, VAT and transaction services teams.
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships.
