Job summary

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Private Client Tax professional in London to lead a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, trustees and family offices, providing senior tax advisory support. You will shape client relationships, oversee delivery, billing and quality while developing junior team members and identifying opportunities for practice growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience advising private clients, trustees, executors and family offices on tax matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across private client tax, trusts and estates.
• Experience managing a client portfolio, including delegation, workflow oversight and billing.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
• Confidence coaching, reviewing and supporting junior team members.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Exposure to estates administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality tax advice to private clients, trustees and family offices
• Acting as the primary contact for your portfolio, building trusted and long-term relationships
• Managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing delivery, billing and work in progress
• Planning, delegating and reviewing work to ensure quality and deadlines
• Identifying opportunities to expand work from existing clients
• Coaching and developing junior team members
• Contributing to mentoring and progression pathways within the team
