Capital Tax Recruitment is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax professional to join an expanding advisory team in Leeds, taking a senior role delivering bespoke tax solutions to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients.

You will own complex advisory assignments, develop trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth and strategy of the wider team, while coaching junior professionals and collaborating with tax specialists across disciplines.

Qualifications

• CTA/ATT/STEP or equivalent, ACA/CA qualification considered.
• Strong experience in private client tax advisory work.
• Track record of managing complex assignments and multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied portfolio of complex private client advisory assignments.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice and practical solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with high-value private clients and their advisers.
• Oversee complex personal tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Collaborate with specialists across different tax and finance areas.
• Manage, coach and develop junior professionals.
• Support identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
• Contribute to growth, strategy and direction of the wider team.
• Keep abreast of technical developments and share knowledge across the business.
