Saffery LLP in London seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the UK Private Client team, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and estates. You will nurture relationships, drive growth, and provide strategic tax and advisory services to a sophisticated client portfolio.

You will collaborate with Partners and Directors, develop teams, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the Private Wealth & Estates Group's direction.

Qualifikationen

• ACA and/or CTA qualified.
• Experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and trusts.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead a portfolio of complex private client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates and family offices.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting services for private clients, including personal and trust tax matters.
• Provide technical leadership across private client advisory topics, including inheritance tax and wealth preservation.
• Lead complex advisory and planning projects with clients and external advisers.
• Develop and strengthen client and intermediary relationships to broaden service lines.
• Coach and mentor Managers, Assistant Managers and junior staff.
• Manage client portfolios with budgeting, resource planning and risk management.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and business planning.
