Job summary

G2 Legal in Chippenham, Wiltshire, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a growing team. Hybrid working is available, with exposure to high net worth work and a loyal client base across Wiltshire and the South West.

You should be a qualified Solicitor or CILEx with at least four years' PQE in Private Client law, strong knowledge of trusts, probate and IHT planning, and experience running your own caseload.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
• Minimum 4 years' PQE within Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of trusts, probate and IHT planning.
• Experience managing your own private client caseload.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on Wills, estate planning and succession planning.
• Inheritance Tax planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Drafting, establishing and administering trusts.
• Probate matters and complex estate administration.
• Advising High Net Worth individuals, entrepreneurs and farming clients.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Tax-efficient estate structuring (working closely with a tax expert).
• Providing tailored private client advice to individuals and families.
