EMG Solicitors in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. You will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, and trusts and advise on complex arrangements.

The role is based in our Tunbridge Wells office with occasional travel to other offices. This 35-hour, flexible full-time position offers a competitive salary and a strong commitment to client care and team development.

Qualifications

• This role requires a qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters.
• Experience managing complex and high-value estate administrations.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own varied caseload of Wills, Probate, and Trust matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on all aspects of wills, probate, and trusts.
• Drafting and advising on a range of Wills, including more complex arrangements.
• Managing the administration of high-value and complex estates.
• Providing advice on inheritance tax planning.
