A1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-regarded practice in Reading. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' PQE and handle Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning matters with commercial awareness.

The role offers leadership opportunities for senior candidates, a varied caseload and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong experience managing an independent caseload covering Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior fee earners.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters independently.
• Draft Wills and provide advice on succession planning and asset protection.
• Administer Probate and Estate Administration, including complex estates.
• Advise on Trusts and inheritance tax planning; assist with Court of Protection matters.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support business development.
