G2 Legal is representing an established Aberdeen firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to handle a broad portfolio of private client matters across Scotland. The role offers autonomy, development opportunities and a supportive team culture.

You will manage wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration, while advising on succession and tax planning for a diverse client base. Mentoring and business development are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding of wills, trusts and executry work.
• Confident advising on succession and tax planning matters.
• Enjoys building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration.
• Advise on succession planning, inheritance tax and asset protection strategies.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development while mentoring junior colleagues.
