G2 Legal Limited in Scotland is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2-8 years’ PQE) to take ownership of a varied caseload in Edinburgh, handling wills, trusts, executries, estates and succession disputes. You will work directly with clients and other advisers to provide practical, commercially focused advice.

Qualifications

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in contentious private client work and litigation.
• Good knowledge of Scottish succession, trusts, executries and estate law.
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload involving wills, trusts, executries, estates and succession disputes.
• Advise clients on complex and sensitive private client matters.
• Conduct litigation and attend court as required.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Work directly with clients, counsel and other professional advisers.
• Progress matters independently and contribute to the growth of the firm's contentious private client practice.
