Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Trusts & Tax) with 5+ years PQE to join their West Midlands team. The role offers a hybrid and flexible working pattern and a salary of £50,000+ depending on experience.

You will handle wills, trusts, estate planning and related tax matters for a diverse client base, taking ownership of your matters within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE with strong experience across wills, trusts, estates and related tax planning.
• The confidence to manage matters independently and provide clear, commercially minded advice.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Experience of supporting, supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
• An interest in developing client and professional relationships and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse client base on wills, trusts, estate planning and related tax matters.
• Take ownership of a private client caseload while accessing experienced colleagues.
• Advise individuals and families on wills, trusts, succession planning and estate administration, including complex estates.
• Share knowledge, support less experienced colleagues and maintain high department standards.
