West Midlands Law Firm is recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Birmingham team. You will handle a varied private client caseload advising individuals and families on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate planning, with a focus on client service and business development.

The successful candidate will typically have 6-7 years' PQE in private client law, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach to team working.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6-7 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Broad experience across all areas of private client work.
• STEP qualification preferred but not essential.
• Excellent technical knowledge and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload.
• Advise individuals and families across wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Support growth and development of the department through client service and mentoring.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on business development initiatives.
