Formación

• Proven experience in private wealth, estates and trusts.
• Ability to advise on tax and succession planning.
• Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for business development.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Autonomous, senior-level work style.
• Experience with high-value or complex estates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managing complex private client matters including estates, trusts and tax planning.
• Advising high net worth individuals and families.
• Handling high-value and complex estate administration.
• Building and developing your own client base and referrer network.
• Working closely with senior colleagues on strategic growth plans.
• Playing a key role in developing the private client offering.
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Driving business development and profile-raising activity.
