Qualifikationen

• Strong experience across wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
• Ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.

Aufgaben

• Managing private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Advising on complex estates and succession planning for HNW clients.
• Supporting on LPAs and related advisory work.
• Acting for executors and trustees across a broad range of matters.
• Working closely with partners on high-value and complex cases.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Representing the firm through networking, presentations and community engagement.
