Resourcing Group invites applications for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-regarded Wills & Inheritance team in Reading. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and have opportunities for professional development and progression.

The role requires 3–7 years' PQE with strong technical knowledge in estates and tax planning, plus experience supervising junior fee earners and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Broad experience across private client matters.
• Excellent technical knowledge on estates and tax planning.
• Experience supervising or supporting junior fee earners.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware with interest in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage own varied caseload of private client matters (wills, estate admin, trust administration).
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Mentor and develop colleagues within the team.
• Support business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
