William James Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join a leading Law Firm in Hertfordshire. You will manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners in the South East and London.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, a strong training culture, and clear progression within a Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked Private Client team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Advising on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice.
• Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Supporting clients with trust creation, administration and succession planning.
