QED Legal is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor for a well-established, Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire. You will manage a high‑quality caseload including probate, wills, LPAs, trusts, IHT and CGT for HNW clients, with hybrid working. The role suits 5–8+ years PQE, with STEP/SFE desirable and clear paths for development within a growing private client team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £55,000–£60,000 and a supportive environment geared toward progression.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years post-qualification experience in private client law.
• Experience handling probate, administration of estates, wills, LPAs, trusts, IHT and CGT.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate and administration of estates caseload for HNW clients.
• Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney supporting private clients.
• Provide guidance on trusts, inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
