Job summary

QED Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Ripon with hybrid working to manage a private client caseload that includes complex wills, discretionary trusts, probate and inheritance tax matters.

You should have 5+ PQE and be able to work independently, taking ownership of files and delivering practical, client-focused advice. Supervisory or business development experience would be useful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' PQE in private client work with ability to run own caseload.
• Experience handling wills, estates, discretionary trusts, probate and inheritance tax.

Responsibilities

• Run your own private client caseload with minimal supervision.
• Advise clients on estates and succession planning with clear options.
• Support and develop departmental relationships and business development activities.
