Job summary

Lets Recruit Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join the Ripley office of a respected East Midlands practice with a 100-year heritage. You will manage wills, probate, LPA and Court of Protection matters, building strong client relationships while supporting marketing and training initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years PQE, the ability to work independently or within a team, and a solid grasp of AML/GDPR requirements. Flexible/hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years PQE in Private Client matters
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Understanding of AML and GDPR requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters (Wills, Probate, LPA, Court of Protection)
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Support marketing, training and departmental initiatives
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to recruitment/training
• Utilise case management, billing and financial systems
