Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of private client matters.
• Strong technical expertise, particularly in complex estate and tax planning matters.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior fee earners.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to develop business opportunities.
• Proactive, collaborative and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney work as part of a well-established team.
• Probate, tax planning and trust administration for a diverse client base.
• Court of Protection matters and related fiduciary duties.
• Provide supervision, development and mentoring for colleagues.
• Contribute to strategic development and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
