Job summary

eNL Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate to join its expanding Private Client team. You will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, trusts, estate planning and wealth preservation, with involvement in high-value estate administrations and Court of Protection matters.

You will work with an established team, developing relationships with professional intermediaries and contributing to business development while mentoring junior fee earners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Private Client Solicitor with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning and inheritance tax.
• Experience supervising and developing junior fee earners is desirable.
• STEP qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex wills, trusts, succession planning and wealth preservation for HNW/UHNW individuals and families.
• Handle high-value estate administrations and related matters.
• Manage lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
• Develop relationships with professional intermediaries and contribute to business development.
• Mentor and support junior members of the Private Client team.
