Job summary

You will work with a team of specialists, gaining exposure to high-value, technically challenging matters and direct client contact. The role is suited to candidates based in Manchester or Birmingham, operating within a hybrid working model, and offers opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with extensive private client experience.
• Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, and estate administration.
• Experience advising on inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection matters.
• Excellent client relationship management and commercial mindset.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on private client and wealth planning matters.
• Provide strategic guidance on estate planning and wealth preservation.
• Draft complex wills, including trusts and business assets.
• Advise on lasting powers of attorney and lifetime planning arrangements.
• Administer complex estates and advise on tax implications.
• Collaborate with professionals to deliver coordinated client solutions.
• Support the growth and strategic direction of the Private Client practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
