This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with at least three days in the office weekly, and involves advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex private client matters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in non-contentious private client work at a level appropriate for a Senior Associate position.
• Strong technical knowledge across your area of private client specialism.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients or dealing with complex private client matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively with colleagues across different specialisms.
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the confidence to build lasting relationships.
• Commitment to continued professional development and keeping technical knowledge current.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to the wider development and success of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Advising high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on complex private client matters.
• Handling non-contentious private client work, with opportunities to advise across estate planning, Wills, trusts and estate administration according to experience.
• Working on matters involving complex family wealth, including cases with international or cross-border aspects.
• Contributing to the firm's family office offering, working collaboratively with legal and tax specialists to provide an all-round service to wealthy families.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and providing clear, practical and technically strong advice.
• Working collaboratively across the wider private client and tax teams on matters requiring a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Supporting the continued development and growth of the specialist private client practice.
