Job summary

Ocorian Jersey is seeking an ambitious, client-focused professional to join our Private Client team. You’ll work closely with a select portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, supporting their investments and philanthropic activities while delivering an exceptional level of personal service.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level or degree standard.
• Willing to complete STEP, CGI or similar qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Trust and Company administration or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and accounting requirements of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and their associated structures.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and advisers, delivering a responsive, high-quality service and handling day-to-day requests.
• Ensure client matters are administered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards.
• Coordinate client reviews, monitor key deadlines and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
