CSC Private Client in Jersey is seeking an Administrator to support a portfolio of private clients and trust structures. You will work with your team to deliver discreet, professional service while handling tasks independently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrator role.
• Studying towards/holding a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Strong academic background.
• Broad understanding of fiduciary products offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to manage a portfolio of private clients across various trust structures.
• Proactively take on additional admin tasks as required by your manager or clients.
• Be a technical expert on client structures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Take responsibility and be approachable when given tasks by a senior team member.
• Provide new ideas to improve efficiencies of daily tasks.
• Drive personal development using CSC resources to achieve success.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, colleagues and clients.
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients within CSC’s SLA.
• Record all time spent on client matters accurately for invoicing.
• Produce and submit all statutory returns.
• Assist in opening bank accounts and processing payments.
• Maintain bank statements, document perm, safe custody duplication and protector consent records.
