Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private client work.
• Experience drafting simple and complex wills, life interests, and trusts.
• Knowledge of UK succession, tax and probate procedures.

• Assist with estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters.
• Support deputies and Court of Protection where needed.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to private clients.
