Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a well-established law firm on the Fylde Coast of Lancashire in recruiting a Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner. The role offers a varied caseload and the chance to work closely with the Head of Department to grow the Private Client offering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in Private Client Law.
• Experience managing own Private Client caseload.
• Experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Good knowledge of Trusts and Estate Planning.
• Experience advising on Inheritance Tax and complex estates desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload of Private Client matters.
• Advise individuals, families and business owners on a range of issues.
• Contribute to business development and cross-referrals across the firm.
