A City firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to manage a complex, high‑net‑worth caseload across wills, trusts, probate and LPAs, with offshore trusts and international tax planning. You will advise on asset protection, IHT and family estate matters for UK and international clients, and provide fee‑earning support to extended family, including care home fees and related disputes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling high-net-worth private client matters.
• Proven ability to advise on trusts, wills, probate and LPAs.
• Experience with offshore trusts and international tax planning.
• Commercially focused with ability to generate fees and advise families.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex high‑net‑worth private client caseload across wills, trusts and probate.
• Provide tax planning advice, including IHT and offshore structures.
• Guide clients through UK and international tax planning and asset protection.
• Deliver fee‑earning services to extended family, including care home fees.
