SaccoMann in Preston is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEx to join a collaborative firm known for work-life balance. You will manage wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–3 years PQE in Private Client.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, estate planning, Trusts, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using legal case management systems and managing deadlines.

About the role

Joining the Private Client team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, estate planning, Trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and build trusted client relationships.
• Assist senior solicitors and Partners with complex matters, contributing to case strategies.
• Support business development activities to enhance the firm’s profile in the region.

The ideal candidate

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executivewith 2-3 years PQE within a Private Client department.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, estate planning, Trusts, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Excellent client care skillsand attention to detail.
• Experience managing deadlines, using legal case management systems, and generating fee income.
