Job summary

Brown & Brown UK in Leicester seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive / Private Client Executive to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients. You will deliver tailored insurance solutions, drive retention and growth, and work with introducers, insurers and internal teams to exceed service standards.

The role requires consultative client engagement, accurate policy documentation, and proactive protection planning.

Qualifications

• Experience with Private Client, HNW or Personal Lines Insurance.
• Understanding FCA regulations and customer outcomes.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an allocated portfolio of private clients.
• Conduct annual client reviews and identify changes in circumstances or insurance needs.
• Develop relationships with clients, introducers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver highly personalised service aligned with HNW expectations.
• Obtain quotations from insurers and recommend suitable covers.
• Ensure renewals are processed within regulatory timelines.
• Support clients through claims and liaise with insurers as required.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow book.
