Qualifications

• Experience within Private Client, HNW or Personal Lines Insurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an allocated portfolio of private clients.
• Obtain and negotiate quotations from insurers and recommend the most suitable cover.
• Ensure renewals are invited, reviewed and completed within regulatory timescales.
• Process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Support clients through the claims process and liaise with insurers.
