Qualifications

• Experience within Private Client, HNW or Personal Lines insurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with insurance systems, insurer portals, and MS Office.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an allocated portfolio of private clients.
• Conduct annual client reviews and identify changes in cover or needs.
• Obtain quotations, renewals and advise on suitable cover.
• Process mid-term adjustments and policy changes accurately.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities; support business growth.
• Ensure compliance and maintain high-quality client records.
