Job summary

Itchy Feet is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its Private Client team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting administration for client reviews across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies while maintaining client confidentiality.

You will assist with drafting client profiles and risk assessments, process screening outputs, manage documents, and help produce management information.

• Proficient keyboard skills, including MS Excel, and the ability to learn business systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting client profiles and risk assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Evaluate screening outputs from World-check / media checks.
• Undertake scanning and filing of documents.
• Support management in addressing issues identified from review processes.
• Assist in timely production of Management Information.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and communicate progress to the line manager.
• Monitor and manage the relevant team email inbox.
• Achieve utilisation targets.
• Undertake other duties as deemed necessary by management.
• Maintain knowledge of internal policies and compliance with AML legislation.
