Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is assisting a client in the United Kingdom with a contract Senior Administrator role for 3–6 months. You will provide high-quality administration to a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures.

You will oversee day-to-day administration, supervise junior staff, draft board packs and minutes, and act as a primary contact for clients and professional advisers, coordinating AML/CFT checks and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in fund administration or financial services.
• Experience with closed-ended and open-ended funds.
• Knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements.
• Experience liaising with clients and advisers.
• Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI, ACCA, ACA, or STEP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of regulated and unregulated fund structures and associated entities.
• Coordinate all aspects of fund administration activities.
• Prepare and review investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
• Maintain investor registers and related records.
• Process capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution payments.
• Assist with net asset value (NAV) production and review supporting calculations.
• Monitor and maintain cash positions and payment schedules.
• Arrange board and investor meetings and prepare packs and minutes.
• Coordinate regulatory and statutory filings and AML/CFT checks.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for allocated clients.
