Qualifications

• Proven corporate administration experience.
• Pursuing STEP or CGI qualification is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems and Viewpoint is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
• Provide technical support and training to other employees as required.
• Manage client expectations and nurture valuable relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, deadlines, WIP, and debt collection.
• Delegate work within the team to maintain high standards of service.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.
