Job summary

Samsung Electronics is expanding its privacy team in London and seeks a Senior Privacy Manager – Consent & Transparency to lead consent design, transparency notices and device-level tracking controls in the ESBO program.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and legal teams to embed privacy-by-design, conduct DPIAs, and ensure GDPR and ePrivacy compliance across EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR and related laws.
• Hands-on experience with consent management platforms.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into product specs.
• Experience with DPIAs and legitimate interest assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy and compliance workstream for device-level TCF CMP.
• Own ongoing TCF regulatory compliance, vendor lists and policy changes.
• Maintain consent mechanisms and transparency notices across products.
• Conduct DPIAs and LIAs for consent-dependent initiatives.
• Translate regulatory guidance into product requirements for ESBO.
