Job summary

Samsung Electronics UK is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager – Consent & Transparency to lead consent, transparency and device-level privacy for our ESBO in EMEA. Based in central London, you will partner with Product, engineering, and legal to embed privacy-by-design and ensure GDPR and ePrivacy compliance across Samsung services.

You will own the CMP framework, oversee regulatory changes, and drive privacy standards across multiple markets while supporting business initiatives and privacy

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR and privacy laws across EMEA.
• Hands-on experience with consent management platforms and CMP regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate legal/regulatory requirements into product specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the privacy and consent workstream for a device-level TCF CMP, including design and vendor scope.
• Own ongoing TCF compliance, CMP registration and policy changes.
• Maintain consent mechanisms and transparency notices, and update in-device disclosures.
• Conduct DPIAs and legitimate interest assessments for consent-dependent initiatives.
• Track regional consent requirements across EMEA and translate changes into product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, legal to convert requirements into clear specifications.
• Onboard clients, service providers and data partners in a privacy-compliant manner.
• Develop privacy training for internal stakeholders and support ad hoc privacy requests.
• Streamline privacy workflows using automation where applicable.
