Samsung is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager – Consent & Transparency in London to lead consent and transparency efforts across ESBO in the EMEA region. You will partner with Product, engineering, and legal to implement privacy-by-design and ensure GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR, and TCF compliance while giving consumers a clear, actionable privacy choice.

Based in central London with some travel, you will own CMP design, regulatory compliance, and data-protection assessments, shaping product requirements

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR and other EMEA privacy laws; focus on consent and device storage rules.
• Working knowledge of IAB Europe TCF Frameworks (TCF v2.2), purposes and legal bases, TC String and Global Vendor List.
• Hands-on experience with consent management practices, including CMPs and consent signaling.
• Proven track record in data protection compliance across multiple jurisdictions; privacy-by-design across products.

Responsabilités

• Lead the privacy and compliance workstream for a device-level TCF CMP, including design, vendor scope, and gates from design through rollout.
• Own ongoing TCF compliance, CMP registration, vendor list management, and policy changes.
• Manage existing consent mechanisms and privacy notices, keeping disclosures up-to-date with product/data flows.
• Conduct DPIAs and legitimate interest assessments for consent-dependent initiatives; assess risks and translate into product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product & GTM to convert legal requirements into product specifications and release criteria.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and vendors in a privacy compliant manner.
• Develop and manage privacy processes, records of processing, and training materials for consent and transparency.
• Streamline privacy workflows with automation and AI where applicable.
