Samsung Electronics' ESBO privacy team in London is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager - Consent & Transparency to lead the consent framework across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will partner with Product, Legal and engineering to design practical privacy controls that support Samsung services on devices.

You will navigate GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR and the IAB Europe TC framework, translating legal requirements into specifications and driving compliant, privacy-led product development.

Qualifications

• Extensive GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR knowledge and consent rules.
• Experience implementing or advising on consent management platforms.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into product specs for engineers.
• Track record of data protection compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Lead privacy aspects of ESBO consent and transparency framework.
• Collaborate with Product and Legal to assess privacy risks.
• Ensure ongoing GDPR/TCF compliance and regulator readiness.
• Support cross‑functional teams across EMEA with privacy initiatives.
