Job summary

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager – Consent & Transparency to lead the privacy workstream for a device-level TCF CMP in the EMEA region. Based in central London, you will own regulatory compliance and partner with Product to translate legal requirements into actionable product specs.

You will drive DPIAs, legitimate interest assessments, and ongoing consent governance across markets, with a focus on privacy notices and user preferences.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR and other EMEA privacy laws.
• Working knowledge of the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2).
• Hands-on experience with consent management platforms and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the privacy and compliance workstream for a device-level TCF CMP.
• Own ongoing CMP compliance, including registration, GVL management and policy updates.
• Maintain consent mechanisms and transparency products with evolving data flows.
