What You’ll Do:

• Active business development: bringing in new clients through networking, meetings, cold-calling, and current client penetration.
• Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and collaboration for long-term connections.
• Innovate and drive: finding new recruitment methods, seeking opportunities beyond current practices, managing accounts with strategic thinking and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360 Billing profile – Principal Consultants expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
• Desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
• Proven success in their niche with aspirations for career growth and a flexible lifestyle
• Resilient and disciplined to maintain consistency
• Ambitious and self-motivated to become a future leader
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
