Your purpose:
On a typical day, you might lead a team to produce hazards assessments or author complex safety cases, justifying and supporting critical decision-making in the design, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. You may also influence the client’s strategic direction to support obtaining a nuclear site license, network to develop the business pipeline, or deliver technical presentations to regulators.
This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients from defence, nuclear generation, and nuclear new build, including innovative players from fusion and SMR markets. You will lead technical project delivery, address complex problems, and present solutions to stakeholders. You will strive to deliver high-quality technical work, paying attention to detail while considering the bigger picture.
You will contribute to and learn from the wider technical community within AtkinsRéalis, leveraging global expertise for collaboration. You will also mentor junior engineers to support growth, enhance project delivery capabilities, and develop your leadership skills.
