Qualifications

• Experience delivering naval or marine automation and control systems.
• Experience across all project lifecycle stages and successful delivery.
• Analytical thinking with ability to make balanced decisions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level automation requirements and testability.
• Translate requirements into validated automation designs.
• Interface with customers and partners to elicit stakeholder requirements.
• Design and implement automation architectures meeting constraints and standards.
• Develop, document, and maintain project policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Create design documents such as FDS, CMD, and Test Specifications.
• Set Systems Engineering and Verification approach for programs.
• Implement PLC code.
