Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical building services design.
• Ability to deliver design work from concept and feasibility through to detailed design.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency in building services.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical building services design across varied projects.
• Take ownership of design from concept through to detailed documentation.
• Carry out site surveys and technical assessments.
• Produce design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Contribute to project management and coordination with clients and contractors.
