Are you fed up with number crunching and churning out the detail? Here you'll manage design output and deal with clients. A move away from calculations and a focus on project delivery. Is your career developing as you'd like? With this firm, you can build on your leadership skills. You will be managing sub-consultants to ensure client satisfaction. There is a clear path to Associate Director.

Want more flexibility in your working pattern? Tuesdays and Thursdays are office days. Work where you want on the other three days.

What you'll be doing?

1. Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing client briefs.
2. Managing and reviewing sub-consultants' designs.
3. Regular design team meetings with clients and other stakeholders.

What projects will I work on?

• Variety of work including commercial, residential, industrial, and leisure schemes.
• Masterplanning schemes including regeneration of urban areas.

What you'll need to have:

• Confidence in meetings to understand the brief and programme the work.
• Good management skills.
• At least 8 years experience as a building services design engineer.
