Qualifications

• Significant experience in embedded software development.
• Strong real-time embedded systems background.
• Proven track record defining software architecture and strategy.
• Experience in safety-critical or regulated environments.
• Strong DO-178C knowledge and software certification lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture and technical direction for embedded projects.
• Design, develop and maintain real-time embedded software in C/C++.
• Develop software for control and actuation systems.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware and verification teams for integration.
• Ensure compliance with DO-178C and safety standards.
• Lead verification, validation and integration activities.
• Mentor and guide software teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in technical reviews and key engineering decisions.
• Deliver reliable, mission-critical software solutions.
