Job summary

Zego is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across Personal Car products and markets in the UK and Europe. You will own end-to-end pricing decisions, balancing growth, profitability, and customer value, while partnering with leadership to scale pricing capabilities.

In a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with senior teams, drive governance, and elevate pricing maturity across the organisation through data-driven insights and innovative methods.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing or revenue management.
• Ownership of complex pricing decisions from data through deployment.
• Advanced analytical capability with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence executive decisions.
• Autonomy in smaller setups and experience scaling pricing frameworks or operating models.
• Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience to elevate team performance.
• You work AI-first and embrace fast experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy that supports growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Own end-to-end pricing for portfolios or initiatives from design to launch, monitoring and optimization.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes with clear governance.
• Develop pricing frameworks, methodologies and performance metrics scalable to the business.
• Provide commercial insights and translate pricing outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader, challenging approaches and raising pricing maturity.
• Mentor pricing team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.
