Job summary

Zego is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy across Personal Car products, markets and segments. You will own end-to-end pricing, balancing growth, profitability and customer value while aligning with broader commercial objectives.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with leadership to set direction, develop pricing frameworks, and scale capabilities across the UK and Europe, raising pricing maturity and driving impactful commercial decisions daily.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Advanced analytical capability with data-driven insights and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Proven leadership or coaching experience and ability to raise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy to drive growth, profitability and value creation.
• Own end-to-end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives from design to launch to governance.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies and scalable metrics.
• Translate complex pricing outcomes into actionable decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor pricing team members and raise pricing maturity across the organisation.
