Job summary

AXA Health UK is seeking a Senior Pricing Governance Analyst to strengthen governance processes and fair pricing standards. You will report to the Pricing Governance Manager and work across senior stakeholders to ensure pricing remains accurate, compliant, and fair.

You will maintain governance documents, dashboards in Power BI, and MI for pricing governance across AXA Health products. The role requires expertise in UK regulations and a proactive improvements mindset.

Qualifications

Proven ability to draft and own governance documents for senior audiences.
Experience designing risk controls in pricing, governance, or compliance.
Track record driving process or governance improvements.
Experience planning and delivering complex workstreams end-to-end.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with risk and control perspective.
Strong knowledge of UK regulatory environment including PROD and Consumer Duty.
Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Update key pricing governance documents and manage end-to-end review & sign-off.
Co-design, implement, and refine controls for pricing governance risk.
Guide Pricing team through governance processes and challenge decisions.
Engage with evolving pricing methods and ensure docs/controls keep pace.
Lead the Fair Pricing Annual Review and evolve policy.
Maintain the Fair Pricing Dashboard in Power BI for monitoring.
Collate Product Governance MI data to support oversight.
Monitor pricing risk incidents and attestations; oversee key risks.
Build strong relationships across stakeholders to ensure governance is understood.
Stay aligned with AXA standards and FCA pricing regulations.
