Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking a Product Governance Manager to ensure our insurance and assistance products deliver fair value and comply with UK regulations. You will lead assessment, monitor frameworks, and champion customer interests across teams to shape compliant, customer-centric solutions.

You will design dashboards, analyse data for trends, and support regulatory change projects while managing a high-performance team committed to integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product governance, conduct risk, or related role.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly).
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular assessments to ensure products provide fair value and meet customer expectations.
• Review and improve product monitoring frameworks.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify product pain points and improvements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to foster customer-centric development.
• Ensure new and revised products follow proper approval processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with FCA standards and other regulations.
• Design and oversee dashboards to track customer outcome indicators.
• Use data insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for positive change.
• Act as the voice of the customer across the organization.
• Support regulatory change projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Manage a team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
